ZONES AND DELIVERY METHODS

Stamps Mall uses different delivery methods depending on the destination area, two such areas being defined in the store:

1. ROMANIA, where you can select from the following delivery methods:

- Domestic Postal Parcel value assurance (Romanian Post) for payments made in advance, by card or by bank transfer. Prices range 7 - 11 lei (RON) equivalent in USD, EUR or GBP, for shopping cart values between 1 - 500 lei (RON) equivalent to USD, EUR or GBP.

- Cash-on-delivery Domestic Parcel (Romanian Post), payment at delivery. Prices range 15-30 lei (RON) equivalent in USD, EUR or GBP, depends on shopping cart values

- Cargus express courier , prices between 20 - 35lei (RON) equivalent to USD, EUR or GBP, depends on shipping cart weight, regardless the payment method (in advance or cash on delivery).

For shopping cart values higher than 501lei (RON) equivalent in USD, EUR or GBP, for payments made in advance, by card or by bank transfer, shipping is free by Romanian Poste. Available only in Romania

2. THE REST OF THE WORLD, you can select:

- Registered letter (Romanian Poste), price 25lei (RON), equivalent to USD, EUR or GBP, for envelopes with weights less than 1Kg

- Domestic postal Parcel (Romanian Poste), price 125lei equivalent to USD, EUR or GBP, for parcels with weight more than 1Kg.

DELIVERY

We usually deliver within 3 days: - from the confirmation of the payment, if payment in advance; or
- from the order confirmation, if cash on delivery

Delivery time is between 3 and 7 days, depending on destination and the chosen transport method. This period may be extended to countries outside Europe.

PACKAGING

The packaging of the products will be done with great care and responsibility, in order to ensure their arrival at the destination in very good conditions.

TRACKING

All packages are sent with tracking number, that will be provided to the customer after the shipping, so that he can know at any time the status of the shipment. The customer will receive notifications regarding the delivery status.
